Terms of service

These terms govern your use of HardPartDone, a service operated by PT Digital Orogeny Ventures. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What the service does

HardPartDone helps you produce listing material for online marketplaces: generating or processing designs, rendering mockups, writing listing copy, and filling that content into a draft listing through our browser extension. We provide tools. What you publish, and whether it sells, is yours.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person or business, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Give us an email address you actually read — it is how we reach you about billing.

3. Credits, plans and payment

• Paid plans carry a monthly credit allowance that resets when the plan renews. Unused plan credits do not carry over.
• Credits bought in a pack do not expire. Spending draws down the monthly allowance first.
• Credits are a unit of account inside the service. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your subscription page; it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
• Payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. Their buyer terms apply to the transaction itself.
• We may change prices. Existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice before a change affects them.

4. What you make is yours

You keep all rights in the designs you upload, the images you generate, and the listing copy produced for you. You may use them commercially, including to sell the products they describe. We claim no ownership over any of it.

You grant us only the narrow licence needed to run the service: to store, process and display your content back to you, and to send it to the suppliers that carry out a step you asked for. Nothing you create is used to train models.

5. What you upload

You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload. Do not use the service to:

• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• produce content that is unlawful, hateful, or sexualises minors;
• impersonate a person or business, or misrepresent the origin of goods;
• break the rules of a marketplace you publish to.

Uploaded mockup templates are your responsibility: the licence for a template you did not make is between you and whoever supplied it.

6. Marketplace publishing

The browser extension acts in your own signed-in session, on your instruction, and only ever writes to draft listings. It never publishes for you. You are responsible for reviewing a draft before you publish it, and for complying with the marketplace's own terms. Marketplaces change how they work without notice; if that breaks a feature we will fix it as quickly as we can, but we cannot promise uninterrupted compatibility.

7. Fair use

Plan features exist to keep the service usable for everyone. Do not resell access, share one account across separate businesses, or automate the service in a way that degrades it for others. Where a plan says “unlimited”, it means unmetered for normal use by one business, not unbounded.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw features. If we withdraw something significant that you are paying for, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of your term.

9. AI-generated output

Generated images and copy are produced by machine learning models and are not guaranteed to be accurate, original or suitable for any particular purpose. Review anything before you publish it. You are responsible for what you put in front of buyers.

10. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it. On closure, your content is deleted on the schedule set out in the privacy policy, and unused plan credits are not refundable except as described in the refund policy.

11. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data or indirect losses, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of your own country.
