The basics
What does HardPartDone actually do?
It takes a finished design and produces everything else a listing needs: mockups showing the design in context, a brochure card explaining what the buyer receives, a title, thirteen tags, a description and FAQs — then fills it all into a draft listing on Etsy so you only have to review and publish.
Do I need to be able to design?
No. You can generate designs here from a short description, choosing from ten image models. If you already design, upload what you have and skip that step entirely.
What kinds of products does it support?
Wall art and PNG-style digital downloads. Wall art gets framed-print mockups; PNGs can be shown on mugs and t-shirts, or sold as files with watermarked preview cards instead.
Can I sell a bundle of designs as one listing?
Yes — ten, twenty or forty designs in a single listing, with multi-frame gallery mockups sized to show the set in one image. Bundles are part of the Studio plan and above.
Publishing to Etsy
How does the listing get onto Etsy?
Through a Chrome extension you connect to your account with a pairing token. You make one draft listing on Etsy as a template — with your category, shipping and policies set the way you like — and every push copies it into a fresh draft and fills in the new content.
Will it publish listings without me?
No, and it is built so it cannot. It only ever writes to drafts. The last step — pressing publish — is always yours.
Do you need my Etsy password?
No. The extension works inside your own browser session, in a tab where you are already signed in. Your Etsy credentials never reach us.
Do I have to set up a template draft every time?
Only once. Each push duplicates that template rather than overwriting it, so the same one seeds every listing you make.
Credits and plans
How much does a listing cost to make?
About 12 credits on the draft image model — one image, the design read, the copy written and four mockups rendered. Starter covers roughly 67 of those a month. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
What happens to my credits when I cancel?
Credits you bought in a pack stay in your account and never expire. The monthly plan allowance stops at the end of the period you have paid for.
Do you refund?
Unused subscription time, yes, within the first 14 days. Credits already spent on generated images cannot be refunded, because the cost is incurred the moment you press generate. Full detail on the refund policy.
Ownership and data
Who owns the designs and listings I make?
You do. We claim no rights over anything you upload or generate, and no rights over the listing copy. You are free to sell it commercially.
Do you use my designs to train models?
No. Your uploads and generated images are stored so you can use them, and are not used to train anything.
Can I use the mockups commercially?
Yes — rendered mockups are yours to use in your listings and marketing. You may also upload your own mockup PSDs, in which case the licence for those is between you and wherever you got them.
Can I get my work out again?
Any finished listing downloads as a zip: every image in publish order, the design files under their original names, and the copy as text you can paste anywhere.
